‘Compra Lo Nuestro’ connects you with 500 thousand companies

If as an entrepreneur you want to boost your business, increase your sales, and conquer new markets, you can do so through the ‘Compra Lo Nuestro’ platform, a program supported by Colombia Productiva and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.

During the webinar "Digital Transformation with Compra Lo Nuestro" Alejandro Escobar, executive of the platform, spoke about the multiple benefits that entrepreneurs have access to by joining in this space.

"Compra Lo Nuestro is a great national strategy that seeks to make Colombian products visible, but also allows companies to connect supply and demand, it is like a social network or business directory", said the senior official.

To date, more than 24 thousand companies have been registered, which have had the possibility of connecting with 500 thousand companies from 180 countries, which has allowed the consolidation of the Colombian industry abroad.

The platform also offers micro, small, medium, and large companies four free services to leverage their business. Among these are the barcodes for MSMEs, which have been requested by 1,626 companies throughout the national territory.

“We have the product barcode which is the one we see on all the packaging offered by commercial establishments, there is also the collection code which is used by financial entities and we have a location code to know where is located the merchandise”, Escobar explained.

Other services are the sale in main marketplaces, the diagnosis of digital gaps, purchase announcements, the Compra Lo Nuestro seal and a business directory.
