AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Receive a cordial greeting from CORFERIAS, the information that you are providing with the completion of the pre-registration form, is personal information, which is required to carry out your registration at the Fair or Event that is of interest to you Therefore, by registering said information, you give your free, spontaneous and informed consent, and consequently authorize CORFERIAS to collect your personal data and keep it for treatment and use in accordance with the CORFERIAS Personal Data Policy and this authorization, and in particular to: i) use them for the promotion, commercialization, publicity and information of the commercial activities of CORFERIAS by sending information through email, SMS messages or telephone means, ii) use them for the promotion, commercialization , advertising and information on commercial activities, services or products of exhibitors and/or partners is strategic agents that participate in the fairs and/or events that take place on any of the CORFERIAS digital platforms or at its fairgrounds, by sending information via email, SMS messages or by telephone.

The authorization that I grant through this document empowers CORFERIAS to assign, transfer and/or transmit my personal data to third party recipients of the same, in Colombia or abroad. CORFERIAS is not responsible for the improper use of the data by the recipient thereof, when it is done outside the framework of the agreement entered into with CORFERIAS and this authorization.

Mr. visitor, you have the rights as the owner of the personal data provided, and you can exercise them before CORFERIAS in accordance with article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, which correspond to: i. Know, update and rectify personal data against Corferias; ii. Request proof of the authorization granted; iii. To be informed by Corferias, upon request, of the use that has been given to the data; iv. Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of this Law; v. Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees have not been respected.
